This Handbook cannot realistically, and does not seek to, cover every aspect of collective licensing or every jurisdiction in the world. Rather, it focuses on the key societies involved in the collective licensing of rights in audio and audiovisual material in 33 major markets around the globe. It is intended as a reference guide to dip into and out as issues arise in your day to day work. Over time we intended to broaden its scope and geographic reach and encourage you, our readers, to let us know what is most useful to you and what you would like to see covered in future editions.
Copyrights is now a global economic and legal subject matter. (...)" | Note de contenu : | Pour chaque pays, état de la législation et présentation des sociétés garantes des droits d'auteurs et de leurs compétences
