| Résumé : | " This annotated bibliography aims at completing the IRIS plus on “The protection of minors in a converged media environment” with a basic gateway to the most recent reference documentation available for free on the internet.
The texts of reference are organised by organisation – international organisations, Council of Europe, European Union and self-regulatory initiatives – and include the most recently published reports and articles, including those issued by the European Audiovisual Observatory (EAO) and by the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA). Case law of interest is also provided, both of the CJEU and of national courts.
Together with the Comparative tables published as follow-up result of the EAO-EPRA workshop on “Empowering users: Rating Systems, Protection Tools and Media Literacy across Europe” organised in Strasbourg in December 2014, this guided tour across various pieces of reading in the field of the protection of minors in audiovisual media services will hopefully be a useful tool for any stakeholder wishing to get a first oversight of the state of the art in this domain."
